You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or create derivative works from the App, trademarks, interface, or service content without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees with reasonable notice where applicable. You are responsible for account, password, and device security, and we do not recommend jailbreaking, rooting, or otherwise weakening system protections.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics, Firebase crash analysis, app store distribution, or payment-related capabilities. When using those functions, you are also subject to the relevant third-party terms and privacy rules.

Service use depends on stable network access, device condition, and carrier environment. The Service Provider is not responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signal, system permission settings, or third-party platform policies. Mobile or roaming use may generate carrier data charges, and those charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own conduct and must ensure that use of this Service complies with applicable laws and platform rules. We work to maintain accurate route, node, and client information, but network conditions and third-party service states may change. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend, adjust, or terminate services within a reasonable scope; after termination, you must stop using and delete the related app.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Xiashi VPN. Because digital subscription services are activated immediately and cannot be returned, please read this refund policy before purchase.
